Reckoning Esports Tops Day 2 of Upthrust Esports BGMI Challengers Showdown Grand Finals

Day 2 of Upthrust Esports Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGMI) Challengers Showdown Grand Finals has concluded with seasoned squads dominating the event. The upcoming team of Reckoning Esports was the most consistent team on Day 2 of the event. Some of the seasoned teams like Godlike Esports, Medal Esports, Global Esports and iQOO Soul also showed consistent performances on the second day of the Grand Finals. 

The Upthrust Esports Challengers Showdown Season 2 Grand Finals event will see 16 teams compete for a spot in the Grand Finals.

Reckoning Esports grabs top spot after Day 2 of the Grand Finals

The upcoming squad of Reckoning Esports dominated Day 2 of the Grand Finals and was placed at the top of the table. The team’s consistent performance across matches helped it grab a total of 141 points along with 5 chicken dinners, 74 of which came via finishes. Godlike Esports placed second, made a comeback and grabbed 93 points along with 2 chicken dinners.

The seasoned squad of Medal Esports was placed third, it had a good mix of finish and placement points and scored 84 points and 1 chicken dinner. Global Esports placed fourth and got 81 points, 64 of which came via finishes. iQOO Soul placed fifth and got 72 points. Carnival Gaming placed sixth and scored 71 points. Team XSpark placed seventh and got 64 points, 46 of which came via finishes. GenxFM Esports placed eighth and got 61 points and 1 chicken dinner.

  • Kaif (Reckoning Esports) - 25 finishes.

  • Jonathan “Jonathan” Amaral (Godlike Esports) - 24 finishes.

  • Shubham “NinjaJod” Sahoo (Team XSpark)- 19 finishes.

Upthrust Esports Challengers Showdown Grand Finals Day 2 Points Table:

A few seasoned teams like Team Tamilas, Team 8Bit, Gujarat Tigers and Entity Gaming could not put forth consistent performances and were placed in the second half of the points table. These teams will now have 6 matches to climb into the top 5 and have a shot at the championship.
