Following the release of Kurtis "Aui_2000" Ling’s blog on his stories about his experience as the team’s coach and Adrian "Fata" Trinks’s removal from the team, current team captain Wu "Sneyking" Jingjun posted his own opinion on the matter. Fata was kicked out of the team in favor of Martin "Saksa" Sazdov. However, the kick became a controversial matter as many within the community believed that Tundra Esports wronged Fata when they announced that they were removing him from the team.
Tundra Esports’s roster change ended up working wonders for the organization, as the team managed to win The International 2022 (TI11) in dominating fashion.
Sneyking clears the air regarding the Fata incident
Wu "Sneyking" Jingjun started off his side of the story by saying that both Aui_2000 and Fata words regarding the incident were true. He also added on by saying that Saksa was interested to join the roster after his recent stint with OG at The International 2021 (TI10), however the move did not happen as Fata believed that the team would thrive with the same roster.
After the recent Aui blog, there has been accusations of lying by either Aui or Fata. I want to set the records straight in that both players are telling the truth from their perspectives. From what I know, Saksa was potentially interested in joining the team after the TI10 OG

While the team did achieve 3rd place in the first regional league tour, the Regional Playoffs saw them being at the bottom out of the four qualified teams. Following the team’s disappointing results during the first part of the season, Sneyking noted that the players unanimously decided that it was better to undergo roster changes. Although the organization was against the decision at first, Sneyking stated that the organization ultimately respected the team’s decision.
There were disappointments and dissatisfactions about our results within the team. The players unanimously decided it was for the better if we were to go forward with a new player. Tundra was not happy with the suggestion, but ultimately followed the team’s wishes.

He then acknowledged that the team’s actions were seen as an act of betrayal from Fata’s perspective. However, he also noted that changes were necessary in order to be the best team in the world as the team was struggling in terms of result at the time of the incident. He also compared the situation to Tal "Fly" Aizik’s situation during The International 2018 (TI8), where he left OG for a more competitive team in Evil Geniuses at the time.
We had spoken to Saksa during this time and he was ready and able to fill in and so we did. You can see from Fata’s perspective that how these sequence of events can be seen as an act of betrayal. But from the perspective of the team is that we have some issues on the team

He then ended his side of the story by saying that the community should stop sending hateful comments towards his former teammate, as well as accusing both Aui_2000 and Fata as liars for telling the truth from their own perspectives.
