Here is everything you need to know about this Rise of Legion: Kolkata, which is going to be the first-ever Counter-Strike 2 tournament to take place on LAN within the country!
Rise of Legion: Kolkata - The First CS2 Tournament to Take Place in India
Rise of Legion is actually a series of tournaments and after its success in Hyderabad, where Valorant was the main competitive title, it will be moving to Kolkata with CS2 being the showstopper alongside other community events, meet-and-greet sessions, experience zone, and much more.
The CS2 event features open qualifiers that will be held online and all those interested can register for the Rise of Legion: Kolkata by visiting the official website.
All teams that eventually get an opportunity to compete on LAN will be shortlisted through these qualifiers. Basically, the top four teams will be the ones to advance automatically but this will not be an easy task as the qualifiers feature a best-of-one, single-elimination format.
The tournament is scheduled to take place on 29th October at Raajkutir Swabhumi from 10:00 AM (IST) onwards. All those interested in attending the event can grab their free tickets from PayTm Insider, simply visit the link and get your entry passes at absolutely no cost.
Apart from the first-ever CS2 tournament to take place on LAN in India, this event will also feature the following community tournaments,

Players get a chance to showcase their FIFA skills and stand a chance to win a share of the INR 25,000 total prize pool.
