It's been quite a while since we've received new content for GTA Online, and now it seems like we are finally going to get it. In its latest NewsWire post, Rockstar Games has confirmed that a brand-new vehicle, the Grotti Turismo Omaggio, is coming next month alongside the much-anticipated December update.

Grotti Turismo Omaggio is Coming to GTA Online in Winter Update
As a result of the community's collective completion of Simeon's Employee of the Month contest, Rockstar has announced that the Grotti Turismo Omaggio will be added to the game with the GTA Online Winter Update 2023. Players were tasked with collectively exporting $15 billion worth of cars to Simeon to get rewards for everyone, and the total number by the end of the challenge was 19,05,404,749.
However, that's not the only competition with rewards that can be redeemed with the upcoming winter update. We also have the Doomsday Scenario Community Challenge, where players are tasked with completing Doomsday Heist collectively to earn $100 billion by 22nd November. If the challenge is completed, Rockstar Games will add a brand-new livery for Pegassi Zentorno when the winter update drops.
Alongside car updates, there's another collective competition where players must collectively drink 100 million cans of Sprunk and eCola. If it's successfully completed by 29th November, all players will get a custom Sprunk and eCola vanity license places, a Sprunk x eCola Mammoth F-160 Raiju livery, and a Sprunk x eCola Bodysuit. There are plenty of things for GTA Online players just in time for the holidays!

GTA Online Winter Update Release Date
Unfortunately, we still don't have an official confirmation as to when the GTA Online Winter Update 2023 will officially be released; however, the update will likely be released on 12th December. This speculation is based on the GTA+ Membership expiring on 11th December, leading players to believe that the new update will come the day after.
There's a chance that the trailer for GTA 6 might also drop when the update is launched or that Michael from the GTA V campaign will feature in some final DLC for the online game.
