Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) brings in a major update every two months. Each major update is based on a certain theme and the events and modes in the new update are based on that similar theme. In this article we will talk about the next major update in BGMI which is the 3.1 update and the changes and new features it has to offer.

BGMI 3.1 update release date and features revealed

According to leaks by a Youtuber named ClassifiedYT, the 3.1 update in BGMI will be based on the Arabian Nights theme and a new mode based on that theme. The update can be expected to be available in the last week of March or first week of April. One of the best features in the new update is the introduction of the new upgraded P90 weapon which will be available in the Air Drops. The new update will also feature the all new A6 Royale Pass which will yet again have a female 100 RP outfit.

These are some of the features in the new BGMI 3.1 update:

• The map of Erangel will have two floating islands which will provide level 3 loot.

• Players can summon a Genie at the portals available in Erangel who will provide level 3 loot and weapons like Arctic Warfare Magnum (AWM) Sniper Rifle and the Anti Material Rifle (AMR). 

• The new update will also have a special object which will help to make teleportation portals which can then be used to travel from one place to another in quick time. Utilities such as Grenades and Molotov Cocktails can also travel to the teleportation portal.

BGMI 3.1 Update

• The 3.1 update will also provide a new vehicle in the form of a flying carpet which can be used by two players at the same time. 

• The update also has a new utility in the form of a Grenade. When the Grenade is thrown towards the enemy it will create a dome like structure and any players in the circle will automatically start dancing. 

• The new update also has two floating boats which will provide level 3 loot.

The features mentioned above are only leaks and players can expect a few changes to them going forward. It will be interesting to see what more features are revealed for the 3.1 update in BGMI as the ones mentioned above will surely spice up the way players approach the field.
