Sid Shows Confidence In S8UL Esports’ New State Mobile Roster, Vows To Make It Successful

S8UL Esports’ manager Siddhant “Sid” Joshi recently expressed his confidence in the organization’s New State Mobile roster and stated that it does not plan to make any changes to its personnel. Sid stated that the team did well in the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India despite challenging circumstances, and the organization has complete faith in its players. He also stated that the organization might add another player or a coach if the team believes it needs it.

Sid shows faith in S8UL Esports’ New State Mobile

Despite finishing on top of the table in the Challenger Finals of the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile India Open, S8UL Esports failed to replicate the same success in the grand finals. In the Challenger Finals, the team had managed to secure first place with three WWCD in 12 matches and 90 points. However, it finished in the 8th position in the grand finals of the tournament.

In a recent livestream, a viewer asked Sid about the possibility of signing Gods Reign’s New State Mobile roster. In response, the S8UL Esports manager expressed that he remains confident about the team. “Our team is good. S8UL Esports’ team is good. There are some things we can’t discuss on stream, but the conditions in which my players played, I think, playing this good in the finals, I do believe they played very well,” he added.

According to Sid, no one from S8UL Esports, including its co-owners - Animesh “Thug” Agarwal and Lokesh “Goldy” Jain, is looking for any changes in the existing roster or a completely new roster. “We have complete faith in those players. They are good players, hard working players, and we will continue to work with them. We are not looking for any other replacement rosters,” he added.

Sid acknowledged that the team might consider adding another player, coach, or in-game leader if they believe it is necessary. However, he emphasized that any decisions regarding roster changes would be based on the team’s needs and opinions. “We are all behind the team. So don’t tell me to sign Gods Reign or some other roster. We don’t do such things,” he added.

Sid stated that S8UL Esports does not remove players impulsively overnight based on a single event. He further acknowledged that the team did not perform well in the final but praised their performance in the semifinals. “I think the players played well. They showed good heart. But they couldn’t make it; they messed up in the final, and there is no shame in admitting it. They played well in the semifinals. In the semifinals, I think luck also favored us, but we messed up in the finals,” he said.

Sid also claimed that the organization will hire a coach in the near future.

Sid explained that even when S8UL Esports was building a Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster, the team failed to qualify for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 (BGIS 2021). However, over time, the same team established itself as one of the best teams in India after winning the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS).

“We gave you a team that is killing it right now. Even though BGMI is not unavailable, everyone is watching the events and scripts that are going on, and they are killing it. We have given you a team after six to nine months of hard work and trying. We will give you a similar team in New State Mobile. The Pokemon Unite team is also doing well. So our team will become such a team. We have people that know how to make winners,” he added.
