Lewdle FAQ
Now, we’ll answer a bunch of questions you may have about Lewdle.
What Is Lewdle?
Lewdle is a word game that draws inspiration from the sensation word game that kicked off the trend, Wordle. You still have to guess a word, just like in Wordle, but you’re guessing a rude word specifically.
How Does It Work?
Played Wordle before? Well, it plays pretty much the same. You guess a word and you get some feedback. Greens are letters that are in the word and appear in the right place in your guess. Yellows are letters that appear in the word but aren’t in the right place, and the rest of the letters aren’t in the word at all. You use that – and the fact you’re looking for a rude word – to help you.
Got Any Tips and Tricks?
Before we straight up give you the answers, here are a few tips that might help you:
- Urban Dictionary: Right, forget the real dictionary – that’s unlikely to help you in Lewdle. The vast majority of words that appear in this game are rude in nature and won’t appear in a regular dictionary.
- Vowels: This is a tip we provide for a lot of word games, but it works. For the first two words, try and use all of the vowels as they appear in many words.
