Baldur’s Gate 3 is the long-awaited sequel to Baldur’s Gate 2: Shadow of the Amn. Larian Studios has officially unveiled that the game would get a full release in August after being in early access for several years. Baldur’s Gate 3 will take place about 120 odd years after the events of Baldur’s Gate 2. The game will feature over 75 hours of gameplay, with the dev team mentioning that they have added great detail to the city environments. Amelia Tyler: The Narrator
There are several notable voice actors who play key roles in Baldur’s Gate 3. Amelia Tyler voices the narrator of the game and aptly so as she has voiced several characters in 60 different titles like Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, Battlefield V, and more.
J.K Simmons: General Ketheric Thorm
Although it is unsure what General Ketheric Thorm’s role is in Baldur’s Gate 3, we know that it is voiced by J.K Simmons who played the iconic journalist Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man series. Devore Wilde: Lae’zel
There are also companions in Baldur’s Gate 3 who play a huge role in helping players out throughout the game. The one that stands out from the bunch is Lae’zel who you are introduced to at the start of the game. Lae’zel is played by Devore Wilde, who has worked in popular games like Battlefield 2042, Total War: Warhammer 3 and more.
Neil Newbon: Astarion
For centuries, Astarion has prowled the night as a vampire until he was snatched away and now tries to turn his life over as a companion in Baldur’s Gate 3. He is voiced by Neil Newbon who is known for his role as Karl Heisenberg in Resident Evil Village, and also voiced Elijah Kamski in Detroit Become Human.
Matthew Mercer: Minsc
Minsc makes a return to Baldur’s Gate 3 as as calm and composed companion who can trigger his berserker rage whenever there’s enemies nearby. Matthew Mercer is a well known name amongst voice actors playing the roles for several games and animes like Legend of Zelda, JoJo’s Bizzare Adventures, Jedi Survivor, etc.
John Isaacs: Lord Enver Gortash
Lord Enver Gortash is tasked with protecting the citizens of Baldur’s Gate from several different enemies. He is voiced by John Isaacs who many might recognize from his role as Lucius Malfoy

Rebecca Hanssen: Alfira
Rebecca Hanssen known for her role as Queen Meve of Lyria in The Witcher series has voiced Alfira in Baldur’s Gate 3. Alfira is another unique NPC in the game who belongs to the teifling class. She’s a struggling bard who is having trouble finishing her song. You might run into her at the Druid Grove
Tim Downie: Gale
Gale is considered to be a wizard prodigy who is now in shambles after falling in love with a goddess and being cursed by the forbidden magic of Netheril. He tried to be your companion and attempts to overcome his corruption while also trying to win his Goddess back. Tim Downie known for several English comedies like Paddington, Upstart Crow, etc. is the voice of Gale.
Tracy Wiles: Jaheira
Tracy Wiles has voiced several characters in popular titles like Diablo 4, Total War: Warhammer 3 and Spellforce 3: Fallen God. He voices Jaheira in Baldur’s Gate 3 who is a returning character from the franchise.
