For iOS users: Offload the Call of Duty Mobile app (Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Call of Duty Mobile > Offload App), then reinstall it.

Reinstall the game

Try to uninstall and reinstall the Call of Duty: Mobile and Facebook apps. 

Contact Call of Duty Mobile customer support

If none of these work, contact Activision support.

In-game: Go to Settings > Help & Support > Contact Us.

If you cannot access the game, you can contact the developers through the Activision Support website.

Temporary workaround for Authorization Error 270FD309

You can play the game through a guest account by changing your device’s time zone from ‘Automatic’ to manual. However, this is a temporary fix and does not solve the issue. Players will have to wait for Activision to address the issue and patch it in a fix.
