Dota 2 teams from around the world have spent the past month, after The International 12 (TI12), restructuring and warming up, and ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 will be their first major test. 12 of the world's best teams will compete at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, which takes place from 11th to 17th Dec 2023. A total of three teams were invited directly, while the remaining nine made their way through the qualifiers. Prize money totaling $1,000,000 USD will be at stake. Based on final positions, the $1,000,000 will be divided among the 12 teams as follows.
