New State Mobile is slowly gaining popularity in India and one of the top local tournament organizers, The Esports Club, has taken steps to host the first-ever LAN event for the mobile title in the country, New State Open.
The tournament is scheduled to take place over the course of the coming weekend from 19th to 20th November as part of the Bengaluru Comic Con 2022 at the KTPO Trade Center, Whitefield.
16 of the best teams from across the country will go head-to-head against each other in front of a live audience, fighting for a total prize pool of INR 10,50,000 ($12,894 USD) which will be split between the top three teams and the MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the tournament.

Some of the best teams, invited and qualified, will go up against each other in front of a live audience in Bengaluru this weekend, offering some high octane gameplay which is bound to excite the audience in attendance.

Out of the 16 teams competing in the main event of this LAN tournament, eight teams were handed a direct invite while the remaining half fought through the online qualifier to cement a slot for themselves.
Schedule and Results
The grand final stage of The Esports Club New State Open will take place from 19th to 20th November. A total of ten matches will be played on LAN, five matches on each day across two maps - Erangel and Miramar.

The Esports Club New State Open will follow a straightforward battle royale format where all 16 teams will take on each other across a total of ten matches.

The team with the highest total points at the end of all the matches will be crowned as the champion of the first-ever New State Mobile LAN tournament in India.
