In a recent livestream on YouTube, Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV aka Dr Disrespect said that he needs to figure out the YouTube algorithm as soon as possible.

He said that despite putting in consistent effort into his streams, he does not get that many sponsorships and exposure on the platform.

Doc pointed out that the "average Timmy" streams for four hours and manages to generate much more revenue through sponsorships.
Dr Disrespect
When he moved to YouTube from Twitch he used to get 2-5 Million views per stream but that has dropped to around 400-800K views recently despite the release of Modern Warfare 2.

YouTube is notorious for now showing you content from creators you are subscribed and it is affecting some of the biggest creators on the platform.
