Counter-Strike 2 is set to launch later this year and some players are already able to get into the limited beta test. If you too want to check out what the game has to offer, here’s how you can play the Counter-Strike 2 limited beta test. If you have been wondering what the system requirements of the new game are, read on to find out more.
System Requirements for Counter Strike 2
Valve has kept some features of Counter Strike 2 under wraps and did not officially reveal the system requirements. With the publisher transitioning all existing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) players to Counter Strike 2 as part of a free upgrade, chances are that if you are able to play CSGO right now you should continue experiencing the next version of the game.
Here are the current minimum system requirements for CS:GO and they are likely to be similar for Counter-Strike 2 as well. With a new engine upgrade coming as part of the upcoming title, expect some of the requirements to be bumped up.

There are some visual upgrades that are coming to Counter-Strike 2 so expect slightly worse performance than what you are used to in case you have a very old gaming rig. If you are well above the system requirements for any of the platforms, you should not notice a difference.
