Professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player and S8UL Esports’ content creator Tanmay “Scout” Singh recently expressed his belief that BGMI players have an advantage over New State Mobile players. Scout also expressed that he believes New State players possess decent skills but lack experience, whereas BGMI players hold four years of experience along with skills. Scout implied that the experience of playing PUBG Mobile would be an advantage for players who switch to New State Mobile.
Scout’s views on New State Mobile players and BGMI players
Scout recently hosted a watch party for the ongoing Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India. During the tournament, Scout noted that New State Mobile has a lot of former BGMI players. Following this, Scout expressed his belief that BGMI players have an advantage over those from New State Mobile. Scout went on to say that he thinks that if all professional players from BGMI were to move to New State Mobile, the skill level of the game would be extraordinary. “No doubt, there are many good teams and players in New State Mobile, but I feel BGMI players have been playing for four years, they have four years of experience and skill set,” he added.
Scout opined that players from New State Mobile possess decent skills but lack experience. He explained that many players from New State Mobile previously played PUBG Mobile and were very good at it, which he believed makes them better at New State Mobile as well. “Almost every New State Mobile player used to play PUBG Mobile, and these PUBG Mobile players used to dominate in the game. So, automatically, PUBG Mobile players were better than New State Mobile players at some point. Only the game is different now,” he added.
Scout added that if Team SouL’s Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal and Sahil “Omega” Jakhar were to switch from PUBG Mobile (BGMI) to New State Mobile, they would likely be very successful in New State Mobile as well. He emphasized that the experience they gained from playing PUBG Mobile (BGMI) would be an advantage. “I am not comparing, I am talking about the experience, which matters here. Most of the players here (SPS New State Mobile Open India) are playing the LAN for the first time,” he added.
Scout stated that he is not commenting on the skill level of players but rather their experience. He added that he believes skill can be attained through practice, but experience depends on time. He goes on to suggest that players who have previously played PUBG Mobile have more experience and that this is something that cannot be denied.
