The Classified Technologies quest in Escape from Tarkov is a pick-up task given by trader Tadeusz Pilsudski also known as Peacekeeper and this quest takes place on Reserve, the seventh map that was added to the game. Finishing the Revision - Reserve quest will unlock this Peacekeeper task. Players should keep in mind that this is a requirement for getting their hands on the Kappa Secure Container via the Collector’s quest. The only prerequisite for the Classified Technologies quest is that you must be at least level 14 to take this up.

Classified Technologies Quest Guide
When you take up this quest, Peacekeeper says, “One of my blue helmet colleagues made a deal with one of the state reserve signalmen before the big conflict, he wanted to borrow a certain device. I don't know much about this device, but it had something to do with the tank commander's equipment. Then the conflict began, and the base was attacked. I think that the device is still inside the base. If you bring me this device and not ask any questions, I will generously pay you.”
The objectives of this quest are as follows:

Obtain the package with the T-90M Commander control panel on Reserve

Hand over the package to Peacekeeper
For this quest, you need to head over to the underground area in Reserve which is just before the D-2 extract. The package with the T-90M Commander control panel will be behind the dismantled rusty pipe in the underground workshop that you have to pass through to reach the D2 extraction. After you have the package in hand, you can simply extract from D2 and hand it over to Peacekeeper.
