Mavi Discusses the Possibility Of Joining 8bit

Popular Indian Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh recently discussed the possibility of joining 8bit as an esports player. Mavi stated that he would join if he and the organization accepted each other’s terms and conditions.

Mavi stated that he would need to have control over the players in order for the team to progress and emphasized the importance of having a clear hierarchy within a team. Mavi stressed that having only one leader, either a player or the organization, is essential to prevent things from falling apart.

Mavi shares his perspective on importance of clear hierarchy in a team

In a recent livestream, one of Mavi’s viewers told him he should join 8bit as the team already has good players. Responding to this, Mavi stated that he would join the team if both he and the organization agree with each other’s terms and conditions. He further added that if both he and the organization mutually agreed, there wouldn’t be any problem in playing together.

Mavi stated that he would need to have command over the players in order for things to progress. He added that without having the necessary control, the performance of the team would be similar to what has been seen in the last one and a half years.

Following this, a viewer told Mavi that everyone wants fame and no one wants to play under other players. Mavi responded by saying there would come a time when they would have to play under someone else. “The ones that play under others will perform, and they do perform. The ones that don’t play under others and try to be their own boss, they slip like we did,” he added.

Mavi shared his perspective on the importance of having a clear hierarchy within a team. He expressed his belief that there should be only one boss, either a player or the organization, to run things smoothly. “If players start following more than one leader, a loophole forms. If players make a mistake, they will take steps to save themselves. Things start to fall apart from here. That’s what I feel,” he added.

Mavi stated that he was speaking based on his two-and-a-half years of experience as the in-game leader (IGL) in BGMI esports, where he faced numerous ups and downs. “My team parted ways where three of our players went separate paths, and I alone went on a separate path. I then made a team again, ran it, rose again, qualified by myself again, and everything by myself. So I do believe I have experience of how a team runs,” he added.

Mavi started his esports career in 2019 and quickly established himself as one of the best players in the Indian BGMI scene. Mavi is well-known for his impressive in-game leader (IGL) skills. Apart from his esports career, Mavi boasts a YouTube channel with over 1.25 Million subscribers, where he livestreams various games.
