Mavi clarifies he was not kicked out from TeamXSpark
In a recent livestream, one of Mavi’s viewers asked him the reason behind his departure from TeamXSpark. Responding to this, he clarified that he was not removed from the team and that there were no issues between him and the organization. He explained that during the last tournament the team played, there were some problems among the players, which led the team to part ways with some of its players. He acknowledged that the other players may not have liked the decision but added that everything was okay until then.
Mavi added that after parting ways with players, it was announced that the game was banned, and hence, he stopped receiving his salary. As a result, the entire team was disbanded. He stated that “everything happened in flow,” and no one was kicked out of the team. He emphasized that he was not sidelined or kicked out of the team, and if that were the case, he would have revealed everything on his livestream. “If I were sidelined or kicked, I would have revealed everything on the stream. It is just that the game got banned, and because of it, we did not see any scope, so the team got disbanded,” he added.
In recent BGMI practice scrims, Mavi was seen playing with a few players from 8Bit. As a result, fans started speculating that he might join 8Bit. One of his viewers asked him whether he was planning to join 8Bit. Responding to this, he stated that he had not decided which organization he would join. “From wherever I get a sponsorship or whichever organization is interested in sponsoring us, I will play for them. I will build the team after that,” he added.
Mavi is one of the best BGMI in-game leaders (IGL) in India. With his incredible performance in OR Esports, he led his team to a second-position finish on the international stage of the PUBG Mobile World League 2020 - East. It will be interesting to see which organization Mavi joins and which team he puts together.
