Despite the issues surrounding its previous online poll, E-Palarong Pambansa has finalized its set of games to be featured in its inaugural esports tournament. Three mobile esports titles and two Riot Games PC titles have been chosen for the upcoming event. According to the league, the games were chosen with the goal of offering a diverse selection of esports titles and gameplay experiences for a wide audience. It is still open to exploring and adding more esports titles in future tournaments. The E-Palarong Pambansa shall kick off in May 2023 with the qualifier stage, followed by the group stage in June.

The E-Palarong Pambansa page revealed its final lineup of esports titles to be included in its inaugural season through a Facebook post on 10th April.
The tournament shall feature League of Legends: Wild Rift, Call of Duty Mobile (CODM), and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) for its mobile esports titles. For the PC category, Riot Games’ popular titles Valorant and League of Legends were announced.
The E-Palarong Pambansa shared its criteria for choosing the esports titles mentioned.
“Our team carefully considered popularity, accessibility, player base, and platform compatibility when selecting these games. These games offer a diverse range of gameplay experiences for a wide audience,” captioned the post.
The league stated that they are aware that not all the fans may agree with the selected esports titles. However, they are open to adding more titles in future iterations of the tournament.
"While we understand not everyone may agree, we assure you our decisions were made with consideration for Esports and Esports fans in the Philippines," the league wrote. "We would like to assure all participants and fans that we will work towards incorporating more games in future tournaments. Our organization is deeply committed to growth and continuous improvement, and we express our gratitude for your unwavering support."
E-Palarong Pambansa is the esports counterpart of the renowned student-athlete sporting event in the Philippines, the Palarong Pambansa. The event is an annual multi-sport event involving student-athletes from various regions in the Philippines.
