Global Esports CEO Rushindra Sinha Shares Goals for Valorant International League

Riot Games announced the list of 30 franchise teams that will participate in the Valorant International League on 22nd August. Being the only Indian/South Asian team on the list, Global Esports is looking forward to building a “Champions-winning” roster for the Valorant International League, according to the organization’s management. In a recent livestream, Rushindra Sinha, founder and CEO of Global Esports, shared the organization’s goals for the league.

Global Esports’ goal is to build a Champions-winning roster

Sinha said that the organization’s goal is to build a roster that will win the Valorant Champions 2023.

Sinha said, “Right now, our goal is to build a roster that will win Champions. Everything that we are doing, all the efforts that we are making, the planning that we are doing, everything is to build a champions-winning roster.” He added, “We have gotten an opportunity like never before. Any other Indian team has never got such an opportunity to go and represent at the biggest stage. Not only the Indian teams, but some of the biggest names and biggest orgs in the rest of the world have not got the opportunity to hold a franchise slot.”

“So we consider ourselves very, very fortunate. We don’t want to lose out on this opportunity. We don’t want to miss out on this. We want to ensure that we build a champions-winning roster. That’s the primary goal and the purpose of this team. “

He later said that all the organization’s roster and structural changes would be done considering that it is not only about one season but the entire league. Following this, he added that Global Esports would be in the league in perpetuity, and it will ensure every season is bigger and better than the previous one.

“Whatever roster changes we do, whatever structure we build, and whatever we do for the future – remember, this is not about only one season – we are in the league. This is the highest stage of the game. We are going to be in the league in perpetuity. We have to ensure every season is bigger and better than the previous one. So, that’s the situation,” he added.
